Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of Riffling (the "Service"), operated by Stadium Builds LLC DBA Riffling ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Riffling is a collaborative, async music creation tool that lets users build tracks layer-by-layer on a scale-locked grid. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have authority to bind your organization) to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
  • Interfere with the security of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or distributing malware.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits.

4. User content

You retain ownership of audio and other content you create ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your User Content. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

6. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or via Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
